Job Description:
Motorcycle A current QLD unrestricted motorcycle licence relevant Provisional licence will be considered Our motorcycles have a safe working load limit which requires you to weigh 105kg or less when fully clothed Fit and active and able to lift up to 16kg Walking Able to walk whilst pushing a trolley or carrying a backpack containing the mail Fit and active and able to lift up to 16kg Bicycle Ability to ride a bicycle in a safe manner Our bicycles have a safe working load limit which requires you to weigh 108kg or less when fully clothed Fit and active and able to lift up to 16kg
Job Requirements
Possess sound communication and interpersonal skills Have good learning, memory recall and hand/eye co-ordination abilities Demonstrate an appropriate understanding of occupational health and safety relevant to the position Be able to demonstrate high work standards Must be reliable and enjoy early morning starts as part of, to all of the shift could be spent delivering the mail Friendly, courteous and of neat appearance Flexibility to stay until job has been completed and genuine desire to help fellow team members Manually sorting mail each morning The initial receipt and allocation of mail may involve lifting and handing heavy parcels and trays of mail articles
